PLANIFICACIÓN ANTICIPADA DE CUIDADOS (PAC), PERSIGUE MEJORANDO LA ATENCIÓN DE LAS PERSONAS EN SITUACIÓN DE ENFERMEDAD AVANZADA, PERMITIENDO PROCESOS DE COMUNICACIÓN, DE TOMA DE DECISIONES Y GARANTIZANDO LA AUTONOMÍA, LAS PREFERENCIAS, VALORES Y DESEOS DE LA PERSONA Y SU FAMILIA.
NOCIONES BÁSICAS SOBRE LA FORMA CORRECTA DE MOVILIZAR A LOS USUARIOS, PREVENIR LA APARICIÓN DE ULCERAS POR PRESIÓN, FACILITAR ALIMENTACIÓN EQUILIBRADA Y OPORTUNA, MOVILIZACIONES PASIVAS E HIGIENE ÓPTIMA A LOS USUARIOS CON RESTRICCIÓN DE LA MOVILIDAD AUTÓNOMA.
MANTENER LA FUNCIONALIDAD Y PREVENIR LA FRAGILIDAD EN LAS PERSONAS MAYORES DE 70 AÑOS.
PARTICIPACIÓN EN UN PROYECTO COLECTIVO A TRAVÉS DEL GANCHILLO, DONDE LA GENTE TIENE QUE COMUNICARSE Y DEBATIR COMO LLEVAR A CABO LA ACTIVIDAD, Y POSTERIORMENTE CELEBRAR LOS RESULTADOS CONSEGUIDOS.
